I'm a sole proprietor architect operating out of Murphys, CA. I have been a state licensed architect since 1989 and opened my own practice in 2008. I do projects throughout Calaveras and Tuolumne Counties and beyond. I can provide you with a simple set of drawings to get through the building department if you are going to build it yourself; or if you need fully detailed drawings for contractors to bid from. As a licensed architect I can also provide design and construction documents for commercial properties. I can provide assessments for Americans with Disability Act for your commercial property; which can include a Transition Plan and construction documents for corrections as needed. I will take on small projects like a simple deck cover or garage; difficult projects like a complicated residential remodel or commercial tenant improvement; unusual projects like an open permit for work done on your property long before you owned it; or whatever your design needs are.
